Derby House’s #GoodbyeSummer Competition
The transition from summer to autumn is particularly hard for riders and horse owners. For most, it’s the start of no more riding in the evenings and much more mucking out!
I was super pleased when Derby House got in touch to ask if I could judge their #GoodbyeSummer competition, as it has taken me back to thinking about summer and what has made is so special.
Summer in west cornwall. Riding along our favourite bridleway, across the heathland to Zennor. The best view when it’s through a horses ears! #GoodbyeSummer
How to enter
To enter for the competition, submit your favourite equestrian photo accompanied by the hashtag #GoodbyeSummer. The photo could be taken on or off of your horse, in the field or even at the beach! The only requirements are that; it must be taken by yourself, and it must have an equestrian feel.
To submit you entry, post your image as a reply to the competition post on Facebook here using the hashtag #GoodbyeSummer.
As the judge of the competition, I’m looking for creative photos that really capture summer and equestrian life.
The prizes
The winner will receive a pair of Kincross boots and a pair of Elite Denim Breeches.
