Spanish Riding Boots

March 9, 2015

Oh I’m so excited and happy to be sharing more fashion posts with you all.  This post is the first in a series of articles this month dedicated to fashion, and for the country lady of course! So lets get to it…

Ladies, let me introduce you to these beautiful boots from, The Spanish Boot Company – I’m in love.

As I opened the box I was instantly excited by the quality of these boots.  Gorgeous supple leather that smells divine, they pass the quality test with flying colours. They are super soft and once the zip is up they feel so snug and comfy on the leg.

Practicality.

I was surprised at how lightweight the boots are.  They don’t feel clumpy at all.  I’ve gone for the flat soled versions which means that I can also ride in them too, bonus! These boots seem to have great durability.  Having taken them for a muddy walk they’ve scrubbed up like new, making them (in my eyes) an all-round essential pair of country boots.

Just a quick note on sizing – I’d recommend you choose one size smaller than your actual foot size. I’m usually a size six and went for a size five which fit perfect.

I love these boots and plan to order them. When you stated that you went with the flat sole, is that the rubber or the leather? A friend of mine commented that she would go with leather as they would slide and not get hung up in a western stirrup as easily. I already ride in a western boot with a rubber sole so I don’t see the problem. Thanks you for any advice you can offer.

    Hi Deborah,

I went for the rubber sole. I love them and find them great for riding also.
