In the words of Paddy Mcguinness, ‘Let the horse see the sparkle…’
When the lovely Hayley, owner of Equine Elegance, got in touch to see if I’d be interested in reviewing some of her products I jumped at the chance. I just love a bit of bling.
Hayley came to my yard with her box of wonders so that I could see what colours and browband styles I liked best. We then got started on designing a browband for my chestnut mare, Zara, and also a dog collar for miniature dachshund, Mr Chip. With so many different options, and my indecisive nature, I was struggling to choose what I wanted. After flicking from plain classic crystal, through to blue and green, I decided I wanted something with a bit of colour in it, but noting too overpowering.
In the end, we decided on a subtle green crystal as the centrepiece, encased by a row of clear crystal, and then black diamond crystal to finish. I really couldn’t be happier with the end result and I’m glad I was brave and went for a bit of colour.
I chose the Deluxe curved browband which has five rows of crystal and is the largest and most extravagant of the browbands. Hayley also made me a wonderful stock pin to match the browband.
For Mr Chip, we tried to not take away too much of his masculinity by opting for a blue crystal dog collar. I absolutely adore the collar and really the photos do not do it justice! When the sun hits these products they look amazing.
