Musto has to be one of my favourite ever brands. I’ve still got my treasured red and grey coat that I had when I was 12, somehow I still manage to squeeze myself into it. I can’t bring myself to chuck it away.
I was delighted to hear about Musto’s latest equestrian range and was dying to try some of their products which have been designed specifically for riders.
Kempton BR1 Jacket
Pictured is the Kempton BR1 Jacket and of all the coats I’ve tried this has to be up there with the very best.
This is a versatile little jacket and can be worn both on and off the horse. It’s lightweight and provides, in true Musto style, a huge amount of protection from the wind and rain.
I went for a classic Navy however, there’s a range of brighter colours for those feeling a little more adventurous.
Pictured below are Musto’s Luxury Printed Breeches. They are so snug. They are almost like a cross between your favourite pair of gym leggings and your comfiest pair of joggers. They are super comfy, don’t crease, and can easily be slipped on and off.
The are produced from a breathable material and designed to whisk odour causing bacteria away. The knee patches also provide added grip whilst in the saddle.

Hi Abi.
Love the pattern on those breeches and they look really comfortable too. Sound perfect for summer riding. Have you found they dry quickly? When giving my boy a bath I often find that I end up just as wet as the horse!
