Living in Cornwall, I’m lucky enough to have access to beautiful countryside and coastline. It’s a stunning place to ride (when the beach is quiet and you’re not being chased by a dog…;-)).

Rarely do I have time to get out and appreciate what Cornwall has to offer. In fact, I think many of us are guilty for not appreciating where we live.
In last month’s blog I talked about the ‘Winter Blues’ and ways in which you can overcome/deal with them. Visiting the beach is definitely another way to do this.
With only a few days left of Autumn I thought I’d try and make the most of them and headed to Marazion Beach for a fresh blustery walk.
